The benefits of employing a Property Search Agent

Buying a house is something most people do very few times in their life – as a Property Search Agent I acquire properties for a living.
Working with my clients, I first ascertain their requirements. This varies on a case-by-case basis, whether it is a profitable rental portfolio of Buy-to-Lets, a renovation project to sell on, or a city apartment in London or Oxford, or family relocations for schools and work.
Setting up a network
Once I have all their requirements, I then work with my network of estate agents, communicating their needs in a language the agent will understand, and getting the viewings that best suits the client and their budget – 90% of our cases have been off market. By working with a Property Search Agent, the estate agent knows we are serious about the purchase, and by talking in their language; I create a team that will get our clients the perfect result.
Making a saving
From my own experience I have bought 90% of acquisition properties off market, and saved my clients at least 10% of the overall cost of purchase – I am sure you will agree this is pretty significant when making a large investment.
For me the property market is all about relationships. I want to get to know my clients well and find them the perfect investment or home, but I also love working with my network of agents, negotiating on the best property and deal available – that’s what makes my job so special.
Help is out there
I have made buying properties my living, for me it is crazy to think that people who do this so infrequently try to manage this process themselves, especially when there is help out there. Estate agents don’t work for you, they work for seller – as a buyer I offer the same service to my customers who are looking to acquire a new home.
